Kevin has over 20 years of tri-sector experience across private, public and nonprofit/people sectors, starting from a global sovereign fund and have held regional leadership roles covering Asia Pacific. As Deputy Executive Director with WE CARE, he currently oversees corporate services, community engagement, partnerships and research related initiatives. 


Kevin's expertise spans strategic management, regional/programme operations, marketing communications, philanthropic development and financial management.

Causes Kevin has contributed to include education, arts and culture, social inclusion, sustainable development and climate change. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Philosophy from the National University of Singapore and is a graduate alumni of the Ace Capstone Leadership Programme for Non- Profits.
