Joyce Lee

Fundraising & Community Engagement, Assistant Manager

Joyce is the Fundraising & Community Engagement Assistant Manager at WE CARE. She is responsible for developing fundraising strategies, organising fundraising events, managing donor relations, and building partnerships within the community.

Before joining WE CARE, Joyce worked in sales across a range of industries including music, education, and branding. Many of her previous roles were hybrid in nature, combining elements of marketing, communications, and client engagement.

Driven by a desire to step away from the corporate rat race and make a meaningful impact in the community, Joyce made the move into the social service sector. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Murdoch University and Public Relations, as well as a Diploma in Mass Communication from Kaplan Higher Education Academy.
