Jennifer graduated with an LL.B (Hons) from the University of East Anglia, UK. She is an Utter Barrister-at-law and has been a practising lawyer in Singapore since 1993.

She also holds a Masters degree in Art Therapy.

Including charitable organisations and registered societies, she sits on several boards as the honorary legal advisor.

Given her experience as an ex-Police Officer, practising lawyer, art therapist and artist, Jennifer is able to share her vast knowledge with various organisations.

Jennifer is dedicated to helping WE CARE beneficiaries and their families in their fight against addictions and their roads to recovery.

In the National Day Awards 2020, she was conferred The Public Service Medal Pingat Bakti Masyarakat in recognition of her work with the Criminal Law Advisory Committee under the Ministry of Home Affairs.
