Emanuela Koch is a locum counsellor at WE CARE, who is fluent in English, Italian, and French. She has been a counsellor since 2022.
She conducts individual counselling for adults and older teens, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, sexual compulsions, trauma, religious trauma, identity and self-esteem concerns, life transitions, and LGBTQIA+ related concerns.
Holding a Master of Counselling (Singapore) and a Diploma of Counselling (Australia), she utilizes an integrative and holistic clinical approach. She provides compassionate, trauma-informed support tailored to each client’s needs to foster self-awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience.
She is a Clinical Member and Registered Counsellor with the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC). Additionally, she holds an MSc in Banking and International Finance (UK) and a BSc in Economics and Finance (IT).
Prior to joining WE CARE, Emanuela worked in banking and consulting across Europe, Australia, and Hong Kong. She has a grounded understanding of workplace stress and performance pressure, supporting clients navigating demanding professional environments, identity shifts, and burnout.
WE CARE has a support group called “Family and Friends Support Group”.

Mindfulness Based Relapse Prevention is an open group to learn and practice mindfulness.
